Private limited liability company “ICC Engineering” is the company rendering services of identification of defects of welded connections that has been working from 2000 at the production plant of Mazeikiai branch of the Private limited liability company “International Construction Corporation”.
This type of welding has another name, metal inert gas (MIG) or metal active gas (MAG) welding. It’s often called the easiest type of welding.
Argon gas is non-toxic, colorless, odorless, and is usually used in a tungsten inert gas (TIG) welder as a shield from oxidation for electrodes and the welds.
Some of the most common defects in the manufacturing and installation of metal constructions are welding defects. They have an impact on the constitutive power of the structures and their utilization.
We organize and conduct the certification of welders. We issue KIWA Inspecta certificates of welder qualification examination. Welders are certified according to the following standards.
Metal constructions are often subject to heavy loads, therefore, in order to ensure safety, careful inspection, maintenance and effective defect removal are needed. Constructions age because of external and internal factors.
Starting from 2004 the company is registered and continues its activities as a Private limited liability company “ICC Engineering”. The company has achieved perfect results during over 10 years and confidently competes in the market with other companies carrying out similar activities.
The company has been certified at DVS ZERT according to the requirements of the welding quality standard EN ISO 3834-3: 2006 (cert. No. LT-2005-018B).
